Oh my -- Kim surprised you with a visit? What a wonderful gesture and I'm sure you breathed a huge sigh of relief when you saw her. An extra set of hands to a mom of 4 with a brand new infant is probably more valuable than just about anything else. Would you take the extra sets of hands or an extra set of diamonds? Would be a hard decision for me!!
